Ronnie was incredibly friendly and personable right from the start—he took the time to chat with us, asked about what my daughter was looking for, and really helped guide us through everything. He went above and beyond by hooking her up with some free cards as a sweet gesture to get her even more excited about the hobby. It made her day! He also mentioned to reach out anytime if we wanted him to look into possibly stocking more card packs at this spot, which shows how much he cares about his customers.
